To reserve your seats, identify passengers at boarding, meet cross-border travel requirements and contact you about your journey.
Where your details go
Booking details you submit are held in your browser session and are only sent to our booking desk when you choose to continue to WhatsApp. WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Retention
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for ticketing, accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by contacting our booking desk with your booking reference.
